How to order

When you like to order a product, please give me the following:

- the article discription.

- the amount you like to order

- the postcode where it has to go to.

- preferance of shipping method.

Then I can sent you back an invoice including the shipping costs.

Shipping and Handling

The prices on my website are excluding shipping.

I attempt to ship your order as soon as I receive your payment.

The following shipping methods are possible:

- Uk British post. Standard.

- British post registered.

- international shipping

- courier of choice. DHL or simular.

Insurance is included in the price.

Combined shipping is possible.

Paying

I can NOT accept credit cards. But PayPal can.

Returns

Customers often ask what my return policy is.

I aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I want to hear about it. Let me know if something is wrong and I will do what we can to make it right.
